Join us on Tuesday evenings, from 7:00–8:00pm at Middle Street Resource Centre in Beeston, for relaxing and inspiring meditation classes suitable for everyone. Whether you're completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your understanding of Buddhist teachings and practice, these classes offer a welcoming and supportive environment. Each class is self-contained, so you're welcome to drop in at any time, although attending the full course will help you develop a deeper understanding and gain greater benefit from your meditation practice.
