About our classes

What to expect

Guided Meditations: Every class includes a chance to practise meditation. We meditate sitting on chairs and all the meditations are guided.
Teachings: There is a talk on meditation and positive thinking based on Buddha’s teachings.
Discussion: A chance to discuss the topic of the talk and meditation with others after the class, and to ask questions.
Refreshments: after our weekly classes you are welcome to stay for tea and biscuits. Our Weekend Courses have breaks between sessions for light refreshments.
